Conference on world ophthalmology (WOC)

The World Ophthalmology Conference (WOC) 2018 was organized at Barcelona, Spain between 16th to 19th June 2018. One of the premium events in this conference is �Cataract Olympics�, consisting of 4 teams representing different parts of the world : ASIA Pacific, North America, Europe & Latin America. Each team consists of 4 members & each member has to present a 4 minute video & explain a difficult case he / she managed. They are dressed as different sportsman & Asia Pacific was dressed as Judokas. Dr. Ramamurthy, Chairman, The Eye Foundation was in the ASIA PACIFIC team as the INDIAN representative. Asia Pacific team was adjudged as the best team & Dr. Ramamurthy,s video was judged as the best video of the competition and awarded with two gold medals.
